Peel Regional Police Constable James Ochakovsky Killed in the Line of Duty

On Monday, March 1, 2010, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Peel Regional Police Constable Artem "James" OCHAKOVSKY, while operating a marked police cruiser, was involved in a two-vehicle collision. Constable OCHAKOVSKY was taken to the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre with critical injuries, where, despite the hospital staff's best efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.


Constable Vu Pham Killed in the Line of Duty

Constable Vu Pham, a 15-year veteran of the Ontario Provincial Police, died of injuries in hospital on Monday March 8th after being shot during an exchange of gunfire after he pulled over a pickup truck near the community of Seaforth, Ont.
